What would you say when I tell you I was baptized and went to bible School in the AG church . They teach Rick Werrens books on how to build a church. While at school they taught Judis who betrayed JESUS, is saved and in Heaven . You had better make sure who is teaching you? You will both fall in to a ditch ( that means hell) Are there no prophets in the church that know who Rick Warren is and was in 2006.
When you boil it down to the ‘musts’ of the faith, the content of a faith that saves is very simple and forward.
Faith that saves must be placed in the Messiah as ‘our’ substitute for the penalty of ‘our’ sin and as ‘our’ Savior from the penalty of sin.
We must be careful that people realize that salvation is not merely believing the Yeshua existed, died on the cross, and rose again on the third day. Merely believing this saves no one. Rather the believer’s faith must be placed in the Messiah as his substitute for and as his Savior from the penalty of sin.
In other words, to be saved, one must believe not just that He died, but that He died for one’s own sins. Thus we trust in Jesus for our own salvation.
1 Corinthians 15:1-4
1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

Hi Benjamin, you are right with what you said about trusting JESUS but Church’s who are paying out big Dividents to investors have become modern day money changers in the Temple . Not wanting to lose that big money they don’t Preach the fundamentals of Fath in Christ . Not wanting to offend them they Preach to their egos . Leading them straight into hell. If I’m not mistaken that kind of preacher is preaching against the Holy Spirit. Thinking more about the money is greater then the sacrifice of Christ.
