Why would ANYONE think Christians and Muslims worship the same god?
Anyone who has read the Quran and the Bible can see they are not only not the same, but teach entirely OPPOSITE and contradictory things!
I find it horrifying that this is even a question. I can’t fathom a Christian being that ignorant, unless they just got saved and know zero about Christianity.
When we are called by GOD the Father we know him and HE leads us by HIS SPIRIT in to all Truth . (My sheep know my voice they will not fallow another ) Then those who say we worship the Same God are not of HIM and are here to test us by trying to lead us astray .
Let’s look at the qur’an
Qur’an 5:53 Jews and Christians are losers.
Qur’an 5:59 Jews and Christians are evil-livers.
Qur’an 5:63 Evil is the handiwork of the rabbis and priests.
Qur’an 5:72 Christians will be burned in the Fire.
Qur’an 5:73Christians are wrong about the Trinity. For that they will have a painful doom.
Qur’an 9:30Christians and Jews are perverse. Allah himself fights against them.
It does not look like the same god to me?? Yes they believe that jesus is a prophet, but they also think that prophet will kill Jews and Christians. The Jesus I know will of course not do that.
Did Joseph kill his brothers when he recognized his own flesh and blood? No, he wept, he held them close and cried out in a deep love for his brothers. He knew the purpose that God had given all of them.
A deeper look at the three religions this will give a perspective of the truth, and the truth is less elusive. They are not all the same religion at all. Judaism, Christianity, and Islam contrast these religions and Islam does confirm the other two, however the false religion stands out clearly.
Yeshua will weep and hold his people close to his heart. He will cry out in deep love for his people, and his people will do the same.
Moslems try to worship the God of Abraham. I have no doubt they truly believe this is the God they worship. The Jews do have the scriptures in their possession, and their ancestors were the ones with whom God made the covenant. The Lord takes these things into consideration in individual cases. However, because the Jewish religion, as it stands today, is not the religion of Moses and the Prophets, (for one thing, they have the Shekinah in there and all sorts of rubbish), and because the Jews did not accept the Messiah, their faith is severely misguided and their situation is not entirely unlike that of the pagans and infidels. We might say God has a special desire for the conversion of the Jewish people, but Judaism will not do anything for them by way of salvation.
A Mormon may love Jesus and read the New Testament earnestly. However, his “Jesus” is not the real deal. But the true Lord will recognize the sincerity of the individual. Ultimately, God is our judge.
How is it that we mite be warshiping muhameds god say it ant so .His god is a liar, thief, murdurer, slaver, fornicator, and this is a great blessing . Now the GOD and Father YESHUA is HOLY HOLY HOLY .
LULU, You really rip into one religion, but are very tolerant of the other. While your tolerance is aimiable, your lack of for the Shekinah is a concern.

Only because people are confused about the Jewish religion. Islam is already disconnected from the Judeo-Christian tradition, as it were, and really does not need to be addressed in context. The misconception is that Jews worship God but simply deny Jesus Christ. It’s more subtle than that. They have developed, out of a reaction to Christianity, a god with bizarre attributes, such as what we find in the Kabbalah, a feminine component and what have you.
I heard from a Muslim who converted to Christ, that God had told him (when he was a Muslim) to worship the God of Abraham. This brought him about, to his transformation in Christ.
The Shekinah glory cloud is not the same thing as the shekinah in the Jewish writings post Christ. The Cabalistic conception of God is of a transgendered deity, which may explain why the Jews esteem homosexuality, queerness and gender confounding. The God of the Bible is male.
