If someone asks “Do Christians become spiritual Jews?”, I suppose we would like to know what they mean by spiritual Jews.
If they mean Do Christians become a Jew inwardly, where circumcision is that of the heart, and in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God?
I think that’s what should happen to Christians.

Do Gentile Believers Becomes Spiritual Jews?
No, Only in their own minds.
According to Romans 2:17-29-3:12-28, Isaiah 57:15, Galatians 2:15-17, a Jew has never been a sinner who has not been humble before God and trusting solely in the Cross Work and Blood of Yessshua-Christ as our sole source of righteousness. Long before the Bible and Jews beginning with Abraham, the Gentile, existed, God elucidated in the first language that Cain´s sacrificed was rejected and Abels was accepted. We read in Henbrews 11:1-4 why. A Jew has never been a spiritual Jew and a Gentile has never been a Jew born again of God´s Spirit in the Old Testament as well, unless we have Trusted/Believed solely Christ!! A True Jew, spiritually is being born again of the Spirit of Christ, who True Jews waited for and Believed in as the spitual drink and food alluded to in 1 Peter 1:10, 11 and 1 Corinthians 10:1-4. True Judeo-Christianity began not with Abraham of Romans 4 but Abel!!
