I so appreciated the man who called in from Dallas, today, who was asking whether he should be celebrating the Saturday Sabbath and other Jewish (Biblical) Holy days. Would just love to tell him that as I sought the Lord how He would like me to honor these Holy days (in a New Covenant way) it has been a wonderful, wonderful walk of intimacy with Him. There is so much meaning, and richness in each Biblical Feast (including the Sabbath), and as long as you stay in a New Covenant mindset, and make it a heart-thing with the Lord, I encourage you it is SO well worth learning and beginning to honor these Feasts of the Lord. Praying for the Holy Spirit to really open this up to the caller from Dallas, to lead him and bless him on this journey into the Feasts.
Apparently it seems that the majority of the United States Supreme court doesn’t know the difference between apples and oranges. It seems they want them to be the same, but they can not be the same. They will never be the same. They were created different because they are supposed to be different.
Male and Female created he them. Have they never read that before? When did that change? When has God ever started making them different?
When has there ever been a presiding reason to change the order, meaning, or definition of marriage?
Because apples ought to have the same right as oranges to be regulated the same as if they are the same exact fruit, as if oranges have the exact same apple maggot problems or something?
It just doesn’t make any sense.
If two homosexuals want to pretend they are married, haven’t they always done that in the privacy of their own homes? But they insist of imposing their immorality upon others, as if we must recognize it by law to be something equal when it is clearly not.
Really the tables should be turned such that if homosexuals do not recognize the difference between marriage and what they have decided to call marriage, they should be put in jail, rather than forcing a clerk to go to jail for following both her conscience and the state law, as well as procedures that have been in effect for the purpose of keeping marriage to what it is between one man and one woman, by the will of the people of that state.
Really people ought to be free to decide for themselves what marriage is, but if we had to put someone in jail for differing, wouldn’t everybody be better off jailing the homosexuals who have a different idea of what marriage is, than jailing the ones who do know what it is?
