How should we respond to those who believe we should follow the law of Moses because Jesus was born a Jew and followed the law. They seem to imply that the only part of the New Testament that is relevant is the Gospels. I am puzzled.

Hi Dr. Brown 🙂 I have a question about tithing on a life insurance policy that I received a couple of years ago. I am a new Christian and want to give God what is His. I know it is delayed and it may not be a “first fruit” but will I receive a blessing from God by giving 10% to Him now?
Also should I give 10% from the original sum I received or 10% from the withdrawals that I take out as I need them? I can give more to Him if I do the latter because it grows as it is tied in with investments.
