  1. I LOVE hearing these stories of miracles in people’s lives.

    We worship a good God!

However, I doubt these testimonies will convince any atheists. I’ll guess that, upon close examination, a skeptic could find a naturalist explanation for all or most of them.

But isn’t this the nature of faith? I can look into a telescope or a microscope and see the hand of God. An atheist looks at the same thing and “sees” something completely different.

  2. I had suffered for many months, (seems like at least a year) with chronic lower back pain, and psiatic (spelling?) nerve pain which suddenly was gone as a man was about to pray for me. He told me to touch my toes and I did, and there was no pain. I haven’t had that kind of trouble since, not like that, and it’s been about ten years since.

I suppose I could call it a miracle. It was a sudden loss of pain which didn’t return.

I used to walk and work with that pain all the time. It was difficult. I was very irritable with people because of it, and during ministry time in a small church, it was suddenly gone. The man doing the ministry seemed to know that the Lord was healing me.

I’m home from work today because of some back pain but it’s a differnt part of the back, something I had pulled (muscle) weeks ago that has returned a bit, but not as severe as it was.
Hope to be back to work tomorrow, for God does heal me because of Jesus.

I thought it wise to rest it today and make up the time on Saturday.
