Dr. Brown interviews his dear friend and frequent debating partner Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, focusing on his new book The Fed-Up Man of Faith: Challenging God in the Face of Suffering and Tragedy, and then Dr. Brown takes your Jewish-related calls. Listen live here 2-4 pm EST, and call into the show at (866) 348 7884 with your questions and comments.
Hour 1:
Dr. Brown’s Bottom Line: Yes, there is a Biblical tradition of questioning God and challenging God, but it’s not based on unbelief. It’s based on the great faith that the God of the universe is truly a good God.
Hour 2:
Dr. Brown’s Bottom Line: Yes, God calls Jews and God calls Gentiles, and He calls men and women. And yes there are differences between us, but there is no cast system, no class system. In Jesus Yeshua, we are all one.
SPECIAL OFFER! THIS WEEK ONLY!
Well done Rav Boteach, you represented Avraham Avinu well, we have the right to go to our Avinu El Elyon, Ein Sof, El Shadai, just like Avraham avinu had done to pray down Hashem’s chesed over Hashem’s mishpat. – Tanya, Zohar and the Lubavitcher Rebbe
i feel that we are responsible for the suffering
in the world after all GOD gave us the perfect world
but what have we done to promote that. GOD is all
good, promoting that is being good, honest and
truthful. so when we are told the truth about any-
thing we should be promoting that, now most corpor-ations are all about profit and they lie cheat steal
to accomplish this, in fact they really plot to make us sick because that is good for business.
now how long has the lying been going on.
There’s going to be a live stream on youtube tonight at 7pm EST at Johns Hopkins University with Ravi Zecharias and others on “The Problem of Suffering and the Goodness of God.”
