After branding some Christian pro-family groups “hate groups,” the SPLC then called for interaction with those who supported those groups, but to date, the SPLC has not responded to Dr. Brown’s requests to join him on the air. It is time to expose their intolerance.
Hour 1:
Dr. Brown’s Bottom Line: We will be called hateful, intolerant, and bigoted. We will be mocked, and even persecuted in stronger ways for standing up for what is right. So let us stand up all the more; let us stand stronger, taller, let us speak more clearly, with more love and unction. Let us refuse to compromise, let us be encouraged and courageous, to do what is right with any cost or consequence, and thereby walk worthy of the Master.
Hour 2:
Dr. Brown’s Bottom Line: Jesus said that for His sake we will be hated, maligned and persecuted. Jesus Himself functioned as a sign spoken against, so the thoughts of many hearts would be revealed. Follow in His footsteps with grace, meekness, kindness, and humility. We cannot expect to be treated better by the world; He said, “remember if the world hates you, it hated me first.” Let us rejoice that we are counted worthy to suffer reproach for His name.
