  1. Why should we pray for Yisrael? What’s the biblical foundation that Christians should pray for Yisrael and support the People and the Land..

  2. These quickly come to mind:

    Israel is certainly part of “all men.”

    1Ti 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
    2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
    3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
    4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

    If only for our blessing and prosperity, it seems to be the correct thing to do. Do do the opposite would be asking for a curse. Since YHWH wants to bless you, you would be working against YHWH to not pray for and bless Israel.

    Ps 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

    Ge 12:2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
    3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

    Shalom
