  1. The ‘enemies of the Gospel’ side with Islam because, as the old adage goes, the enemy of my enemy is my friend. The old foe of Christianity (Islam) is the bosom friend of the forces opposed to the Kingdom of Christ (‘leftism’). At the same time, however, these same ‘leftists’ disguise themselves as ‘conservatives,’ and then proceed to pit Christians against Muslims, to lure Christians into a false confidence and to provoke the two sides to war. It is a divide and conquer tactic. The ‘leftists’ want to be the last ones standing, and they have in large part succeeded so far. The Lord God laughs, however; He shall reward the ones who hate His Son in due time. We must hold fast to the Christian faith, not to politics, trusting only in God, not politicians. The relativistic binaries of ‘left’ and ‘right’ will always fail us. Democracy, the Republic, all of this will fail us. There is only one party, God’s, and there is only one nation which is our home: Heaven.
