Hour 1:

Dr. Brown’s Bottom Line: When we look at Israeli politics, the whole political system, and the upcoming elections, it’s a lot of confusion and upheaval. The good news is God still rules as King, even over Israel.

Hour 2:

Dr. Brown’s Bottom Line: I am absolutely all for generosity. I’m all for caring for ministers of the gospel, but I despise indulgence and abuse with gospel funds.

  1. Very disapointing to watch the Dollars on television. I just don’t get it! I think
If MB was in an expensive jet I may have a hard time with that also. I do not see him doing that- and I find that I use his example against anyone for comparison. I see MB doing things the right way, and it is a turn off to see the abuses out there.

  2. “Jesus wants me to have this jet” What a mockery of the gospel, what a stumbling block to the world. It grieves me to think how many will reject and want nothing to do with God now and wind up in hell because of his greed and his selfishness. Jon, do not mention MB with CF in the same breathe please

  3. I was giving to a ministry once and they were asking me to help them get a new van because theirs had about 100,000 miles on it and it was all wore out. I didn’t understand. My van has about 500,000 miles on it and it’s fine.

  4. Maybe Creflo Dollar should learn to work on his own airplanes. I’m just thinking that if he did, maybe he wouldn’t be asking for a 65 million dollar one.

  5. My I share some thoughts .Don’t be surpised at Dollars and there church most of TV ministry is false.I went to Bible School through AG Church our last class was on Rick Warren and his minestry how he had built a mega church we had to wright a paper on him to graduate .This was ten years a go I would not do it the Bible is the only book to study . Now we can see A G leader ship was not following GOD . Just look at where Rick Warren is now .How could they not know if they have the HOLY SPIRIT .Because its about money and peploe are the means to money .As the Apostle Paul said they are fallowing an other jesus . The of Nicolaitans

  6. jon, It’s a ’91 Dodge B250 series.

Concerning Is 28, I started reading it and stopped at verse 6.

    Is 28:6
And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment,…

See, in a TV ministry, are they very connected with those that support that ministry? I believe we should be connected. It’s OK to support a radio or TV ministry, but they only have a narrow field of ministry that they can do. They can reach some that other ministries might not reach, but who comes to them for judgment, or of things pertaining one to another, whether husband and wife, or brother and brother, or wherever ministry of reconciliation should be going on, or wherever there is some conflict that hasn’t been resolved, or if anyone suffers on account of the unsanctified actions of another?

As a matter of fact, I wonder how many local churches are into all of that.

  7. As a non American this story is very somber. Perhaps Mr Dollar should lead by example, sell some of his cars, get a smaller house and put that in the fund first. As far as I’m aware he has not contributed anything thus far.

Wouldn’t it be nice if his ministry were trying to get a plane for aide work of some sort, making this resource available for other ministries, serving Christ and the Church. Not seeking comfort as he travels. Lastly, image the people who he never witnesses to by not being on a regular plane, I think thats is where Jesus would be and he should be.
