  1. Dr. Brown, I have several questions that I hope you will answer for me. I appreciate all you do and would love to hear your answers to these questions.
    1. In 2 Corinthians 3:13-16 it basically says that when a person turns to the Lord the veil is taken away. My question relating to this is “How could a person ever believe if they have a veil that keeps them from seeing the truth”. It’s great that it will be taken away if they believe, but I don’t understand how they could get to the point of believing if they can’t see the truth because of a veil.”
    2. Also it seems like more Jewish people are accepting Jesus as their Messiah. I know that when Jesus returns that they will, but I thought that was after the Anti-Christ declares himself God in the Temple. Is there anything in scripture that talks about an increase of Jewish believers in Jesus prior to the Anti-Christ? Any increase because it is the end times (but before the 7 years of Tribulation)? Is there scripture that tells us?
    3) Will the Jews in America return to Israel before the beginning of the Tribulation? Will the majority of American Jews ever return to Israel?
Thank you for all that you do. I have learned a lot from your teachings.

  2. Dr. Brown,

Why did your guest, Scott, call them “Arab Christians” rather than “Palestinian Christians”?

I have known and worshiped with Palestinian Christians and don’t ever remember them calling themselves “Arab Christians.”

Is it some political thing to not call them Palestinians?

  3. Am I Jewish if my grandmother’s grandfather (from my mother’s side of the family) was Jewish (there is also a possibility of Ashkenazic descent on my father’s side, in that our haplotype – G/G2 M201 – is inclusive of Ashkenazim)?

  4. Dr. Brown,

Regarding the subject of post-mortem evangelization, I heard you speak on 1 Peter 3:19 today, but what is your position on 1 Peter 4:6 ? Here’s the passage:

“For this is why the gospel was preached even to those who are dead, that though judged in the flesh the way people are, they might live in the spirit the way God does.” (1 Peter 4:6 ESV)

Some suggest this verse as an indication that people have been preached to in the afterlife.

Also, some suggest other passages of Scripture for the case of post-mortem evangelization and/or repentance, such as:

Isaiah 24:21-22 (ASV): “And it shall come to pass in that day, that Jehovah will punish the host of the high ones on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth. And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison; and after many days shall they be visited.”

(However, some translations use ‘punished’ instead of ‘visited’.)

Philippians 2:9-11 (ESV): “Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

I have a suspicion that post-mortem evangelization and/or repentance is taught in Scripture, and I have come across the concept of ‘the harrowing of hell’ while reading elsewhere on this subject. However, I am not currently fully persuaded that post-mortem evangelization and/or repentance is true.

  5. Daniel,

Did you do a DNA test? Or a genealogical search?

Isn’t being a Jew matriarchal? If so, you wouldn’t be officially Jewish but if you want to call yourself Jewish — I say, God bless you.

Here in America I think ethnic identity is pretty much whatever you want to be.

  6. Hello Dr. Brown and God Bless You!

I am a listener of your show, and Ive learned so much! Thank God for the revelations that He has given you! I also enjoy reading your articles that relate to events that are happening in this day and how you relate everything to the bible… today I am writing you because i have a question with regards 2 parts of the biblie that I believe some people miss use or maybe I am the one who is confused.

the part in psalms 32:6 “For this cause everyone who is godly shall pray to You In a time when You may be found”

and Isaiah 55:6 “Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near”

Do the verses refer to a time when God will no be found? such as times after God comer for his people or do they refer to a state in which an individual will lose his/her ability to find God because the state of sin in which that person is in? such as people who sin 1 time and because they feel the guilt or the shame dont look for God’s forgiveness and therefore continue on sinning until they leave God’s ways

    thank you,
    God Bless Israel!

  7. Hi Dr. Brown,

I follow your show regularly and I think you’re doing a great job. I don’t always agree with your positions, but I appreciate your willingness to go places that so many are unwilling to go.

I do not believe that you are required to embrace the trinity in order to receive salvation. I don’t see how it is possible to ignore that Christ is more than a man. However, there is nothing in the scriptures that says accepting a trinity as a doctrine is required. I believe it is enough to accept those things that are said about Christ in the scriptures as true. The trinity is a conclusion. That conclusion may be right or wrong.

So, if someone accepts that Christ was begotten, but not made, is the image of the invisible God, is the Son of God, is one with the Father, is he who made everything that was made, is the alpha and omega, etc., it is enough. They do not have to profess understanding of it.

It is better to confess ignorance about the nature of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, the God Head if you will, beyond what it says, than to potentially than to compel people to confess what they neither understand nor are convinced of.

“When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? 14And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. 15He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 1”

It was enough to confess the Jesus is Christ and the Son of the Living God. So, I would say that it is enough to accept Jesus as the Christ and the Son of the living God, but I would caution anyone from speaking against the trinity and/or fabricating a unique understanding of the GodHead outside of those positions traditionally held by the church.
