Dr. Brown Answers the Rabbis

[Download MP3]

Dr. Brown interacts with some of the challenges of the counter-missionaries and rabbis and takes your Jewish related calls and questions. Listen live here 2-4 pm EST, and call into the show at (866) 348 7884 with your questions and comments.

Hour 1:

Dr. Brown’s Bottom Line: There are many Rabbis and Counter-Missionaries who tell us, “We reject Jesus because of the testimony of the scriptures.” I reaffirm what Jesus Yeshua said, “If you believe in Moses you’ll believe in Me.”

Hour 2:

Dr. Brown’s Bottom Line: God who started the work among the people of Israel will finish it. The fact that He has preserved us around the world and brought us back to the land means He will surely bring us to our Messiah; Jesus!

  1. Hi Dr. Brown, just wanted to weigh in in response to one of your callers who shared his unpleasant experience with his Jewish friends in his past, and to whom you had advised to alter his attitude and start being more friendly himself. I, in turn, being not a Jew myself, have been blessed with many Jews in my own life–I’ve had Jewish teachers in my University, two of my closest friends are Jews, not to mention yourself, Dr. Brown, as I’ve been blessed and nourished by your radio shows abundantly, and other Spirit-filled Jewish ministers, like Sid Roth, Jonathan Bernis, and Jonathan Kahn.
I appreciate your ministry very much, and do believe that Jews are really God-picked nation to bless the whole world.

  2. I hope you and White can bring Shadid to leave Islam through this dialogue. I have had dialogues with him on Paltalk and he doesn’t believe Isaiah 53 is talking about Jesus and same with Isaiah 42. I have even heard him turn the NT into mishmash and even use Isaiah 62 to say it’s talking about a new religion even though the context doesn’t indicate that. I don’t know what arguments he’ll use against you and White but I have heard him say to me about going by the Jewish understanding. Which is funny because he’ll be speaking to you, A Messianic Jew, at the round table discussion and of course your knowledge of the TANAKH, NT and the Talmud itself.

  3. I’d like to hear a reasonable explanation about the “Mal’ak Yehovah” (“the” Angel of the LORD) from any orthodox Rabbi or laymen even. Why are we left with the impression that one particular Angel speaks as God, acts as God and receives worship as if He were (one with) God?

Other than the orthodox Christian understanding I’ve not heard anything reasonable.
