  1. Have you ever considered having Mike Evans on your broadcast?? (Maybe on Israel Thursdays — if that is the correect Israel day?)

  2. Thank you for the fantastic range of guests and topics on the Line of Fire.

I have spent some of today listening to the show about Revelation with Craig Keener — it’s from May 10th. I highly recommend everyone to listen to this. Mr Keener is an undiscovered gem of among Bible teachers — so knowledgeable, with a lovely gentle manner.

(BTW, Dr Brown, when you have Craig Keener on the show again, turn up the volume on his voice. I listened to the mp3 through speakers, and had to turn it up to maximum volume so that I could hear him — then I nearly blasted my kids out of the house whenever you spoke, because your voice was so much louder! I forgive you, though ‘cos you are excellent and an all-round Good Egg.)

  3. As for the counter-missionaries and “new arguments” I was listening to a reenactment on a Nachmanides debate which took place in the mid-1200s. I literally heard the same arguments raised in debates Rabbis have with Dr. Brown. Literally.

I asked a counter-missionary Rabbi about this and why there are no “new” arguments. He replied “…because Jews never change”.

  4. Asking Israel to make concessions for the sake of peace with those who will not break off connections with a terrorist organization, nor renounce the evils of it, and work to stand against it, truly being for peace, seems to me to be a lot like as if a man would plead with the powers that be in an organized church in America, to make concessions with the homosexual activists, without their willingness to renounce sin and come to the message of the cross.

  5. I blame the harm done by Harold Camping to be the responsibility of the body of Christ. There were not many voices in opposition to his ministry. So many pastors, teachers and others in the body of Christ was silent. The harm done by the mocking, and the unbelief now of so many who could have walked in the light of the Lord should have been countered by those with the light. Only now that he is proven wrong do we cast our voices of correction. Shame on us all.

  6. Will,
Not true. Anyone who truly understands the word of God has spoken out against Harold Camping months ago when we 1st heard of the Lie he was making.

Harold Camping didn’t want to hear from those who were against his beliefs. Ask Dr Brown he knows.
