Dr. Brown discusses some of the country’s latest events, and shares his views on what kind of president would be best for the country.

Hour 1:

Dr. Brown’s Bottom Line: Yes, let’s look around, let’s see what’s happening in the world and society, but then let’s look up. Let’s be focused on Jesus and the reality of His return; then let’s look down, and make sure our feet are planted firmly in God, His word, and godly living, and we will never be shaken.

Hour 2:

Dr. Brown’s Bottom Line: Everything around us could become completely unstable; everything around us could become increasingly divisive. Let us as followers of Jesus be a model of stability, unity, and civility in Jesus. Do you think we can do it?

  1. Who would I vote for? You’d be on the top of the list Dr. Brown (too bad you’re not running) Other than you I’d have to go with someone like Allan Keys I suppose. To be honest though these last few years have really dragged me down when it comes to politics, It’s like no matter who we put in office you can count on them doing what’s in their best interest and not the country’s. I do like Ron Paul’s approach to economics but don’t really know what to make of the majority of the rest of his agenda. I do have to wonder if what he said about marriage isn’t actually the right way to go. I say that because as you well know Dr. Brown, Gay Activists are getting their way in almost all arenas and I wonder if it wouldn’t be best to get the government out of regulating marriage altogether for the sake of what may occur if Gay marriage becomes a “norm” in our society thus leading the government to try and impose sanctions on churches who refuse to marry gay couples. If our society sees gay as the “new black” what will stop this from occuring but getting government out of marriage altogether?

  2. “I’m voting for Obama because all you folks do is lie about him.” – real michaud

It’d be better if you voted for the person you thought would best do the job, instead of voting out of spite and trying to make your political opponents feel guilty.

So far the POTUS seems hungry for power and he’s not afraid to break the rules and play dirty. I think you and everyone would be better off if you voted for someone else – assuming a canidate inline with God’s purposes will run.
